13 July 2018 - On July 12, the USAID SHIFT project joined with the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Provincial AIDS Center (PAC) to analyze the city’s progress towards HIV epidemic control targets. The project applied methodologies and tools it has tested and refined with other provinces to help intensify epidemic monitoring and accelerate performance. With USAID SHIFT support, the HCMC PAC is now setting and measuring performance against district-level HIV epidemic control targets and analyzing HIV cascade results for key populations, thereby enhancing its data-driven decision-making to accelerate epidemic control.
